EDGE and Life Teen Car Line Instructions

All entrances and exits will have a stationed adult. Please follow their instructions for pick-up as well as the diagram on the back. We thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation as we implement this new procedure!

6^th-8^th Grade: Turn into the Playground Parking Lot from Poplar Street. Please do not park-stay in the car line! Your student will come to you! Please give your child’s name to the stationed adult as you approach the basketball goal area. Please pull all the way forward-Students will be dismissed to your vehicle once you reach your designated spot and all cars have stopped. 

6^th-8^th Grade attending 7:30pm Mass: Students must be picked up from the Cafeteria. Please park in the church parking lot and come inside the Cafeteria to collect your 6^th-8^th grade child.

9^th-12^th Grade non-drivers with 6^th-8^th Grade Siblings: 9^th-12^th grade Students will be picked up with the younger 6^th-8^th grade sibling. Please follow instructions for 6^th-8^th grade car line.

9^th-12^th Grade non-drivers without Siblings in 6^th-8^th grade: Students in 9^th-12^th grade should be picked up along Cypress Street from the grassy areas in front of the Hall and School.

9^th-12^th Grade drivers: Dismiss at 7:10pm from the Hall to go to their car and drive home.

If you need to speak with Tony Hoyt (Life Teen Minister), Kalisa Newton (EDGE Minister), or Judene Kuszak (Sacrament Preparation), please park in the playground parking lot indicated on the diagram. Please do not enter car line!

Instrucciones para la Línea de Carros de EDGE y Life Teen

En todas las entradas y salidas contará con un adulto. Favor de seguir las instrucciones para dejar a los estudiantes así como seguir el diagrama al reverso de esta pagina. ¡Agradecemos por su paciencia y cooperación conforme implementamos este nuevo procedimiento!

 Grados 6^th-8^th : Entrar por la calle Poplar al estacionamiento ubicado en el parque de juego. Favor de NO ESTACIONARSE permanentemente durante el tiempo que permanece en la linea de carros. Su hijo/hija vendrá a su encuentro. Dar el nombre de su hijo/hija al adulto que se encuentra ubicado en el estacionamiento en el área de las canastas de basketball. Usted avanzará hacia delante-hasta llegar al lugar que le han designado para que se le permita al estudiante salir. Los demas vehículos avanzaran conforme fluya el trafico.   

Grados 9th-12th que aun no conducen CON hermanos de los grados 6th-8th: Los estudiantes de los grados 9th al 12th deberán ser recogidos al mismo tiempo que sus hermanos pequeños, por lo que deben de seguir el procedimiento de dichos grados.

Grados 9th-12th que aun no conducen SIN hermanos en los grados 6th-8th: Estudiantes en los grados 9th al 12th deberán ser recogidos por la calle Cypress, frente al Hall o la escuela, en el area de pasto (grass.)

Grados 9th-12th que PUEDEN conducir: Se les permitirá salir del Hall a las 7:10pm para inmediatamente subir a sus vehiculos y dirigirse directamente a sus hogares.
